This refund policy explains when refunds may be available for paid BestWNC services.
Advertising & Promotional Services
For banner ads, featured placements, and similar promotional services:
- Before campaign starts: Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- During active campaign: Prorated refund available for the unused portion of your campaign, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After campaign ends: No refunds available for completed campaigns.
Premium Business Listings
For premium listing subscriptions:
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period, but you won't be charged for future months.
- Annual plans: Prorated refund available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued.
Verified Badge Services
Verified badge fees are non-refundable once the verification process has started, since those fees cover review and verification work.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@bestwnc.com with:
- Your business name and account email
- The service you purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of our refund policy
- Listings removed due to policy violations

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new revision date.
